Delivery and Returns

Please be aware that Wild & Wayward Designs is a very small business (I am literally a one woman show) I would love to offer Priority/Express Shipping but I am also a stay at home mum and my family life is important to me and I will only be doing drop-offs to couriers/post offices during school hours. 

Tracking and Signature on Delivery

In order to protect myself and my small business all orders will be tracked and will require signature on delivery. Where possible you will be emailed the tracking number and will be kept up to date on your parcel delivery.

Please indicate your daytime address for delivery, as a request for a second delivery will require an additional fee. Any incorrect address details will often result in the parcel being returned to the sender, in which case you will be charged for re-delivery.

Wild & Wayward Designs are not responsible for unforeseen delays with your countries customs process.

After dispatching your order it is in the hands of the courier which I cannot control.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders (excluding Made to Order or Custom orders) are dispatched within 2 business days after purchase has been processed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays) depending on the time you place your order relative to Brisbane Time (this is the time zone where your order is being shipped from). This means that If you order on a Friday afternoon/evening your parcel will most likely not be sent until the following Monday.

Australia -Delivery Metro 5-14 business days. Regional 8-17 business days.

New Zealand -Delivery 7-18 Business days

UK, Ireland -Delivery 8-22 business days

Canada -Delivery 11-25 business days

USA - Delivery 6-20 business days

Expected Delivery Times for Made to Order or Custom is 2 weeks PLUS expected delivery time for your location

Whilst I make every effort to ship your order as quickly as outlined above, unforeseen delays in shipping during peak trade times may occasionally occur. Peak trade times may include special promotions, seasonal sales and holiday periods (including public holidays). If fraud is suspected the order will be cancelled.

Who do you use for Shipping?

Within Australia  I will be using AusPost and the recent changes within AusPost is the reason delivery could take as long as 18 business days.  

International Shipping depends on the size of the parcel which will influence the courier service I choose to suit the order. The main companies I engage are TNT, DHL and Auspost.

GST

At this time GST will not be charged. Under Australian law I cannot register or charge customers GST until my business turnover reaches $75,000. This section will be updated with applicable information as it changes.

International shipping

For order’s being delivered outside of Australia you will need to pay your country’s custom fees and import duties when you receive your package.

Returns

Return postage/shipping is at the expense of the purchaser. Unless major fault can be proven.

Wild & Wayward Designs are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind or failed to read the product information correctly.

Sale Items & Discounts

Previous purchases are not eligible for a discount. Sale, custom, end of stock or discounted items are final sale, (no exchanges) and can only be returned for repair, provided it meets the warranty policy for repair.

Promotions

For any promotion that requires you to spend over a certain amount to obtain the promotion, your order must remain above this minimum spend even after returns are processed. If you are returning items that will drop your order total below the minimum spend you will normally forfeit your promotional discount or will be charged for any free items you have not returned.

To return items for repair, they must be sent their original condition with the original invoice as proof of purchase.

Once returned goods are received I will send an email with an estimated time frame for repair and re-postage.

Damaged Goods

If an item arrives damaged, you must notify me within 48 hours of receipt so I can work with you to arrange a return, replacement, refund or credit. If there is obvious damage to the package upon delivery, please note the condition of the package on the waybill or refuse the delivery altogether. Please contact me should you ever refuse a shipment. Once goods are in your possession for more than 48 hours, I cannot accept any claims for damage.

If you have a problem with your order please contact via email immediately at jjenortje@wildandwaywarddesigns within 7 days of receipt. You must make contact before any goods are returned. Goods returned without prior authorization will be refused. Merchandise that is pre-approved to be returned must be returned in original, undamaged condition and in its original packaging and at the cost of the sender, including both shipping charges and any brokerage or duty that is applicable. Upon approval for a return, you will be issued an RA (Return Authorization) form via e-mail. This RA form must accompany the returned merchandise and the RA number must be written clearly on the outside of any packages. Returns that arrive without the appropriate RMA documentation will be refused. In circumstances where an item is approved for return after 7 days from receipt, a restocking fee may be charged. Orders paid for by credit card will be refunded as a credit onto the original credit card use for payment.

Items must be unused and unwashed in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Goods will not be eligible for exchange/return if I consider them used or if they are without tags attached.

We recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent using a traceable carrier. Wild & Wayward Designs will not be held responsible for packages not received that were returned without a tracking number.
